We’ll tell you honestly at the inspection. Flashing is a roofing job and chimney masonry is a mason’s work — we don’t do those. But we can refer you to local pros we trust, and if siding is also involved we can coordinate with them.

Yes. We match the existing paint as closely as possible, and for Hardie jobs we can usually use factory-painted ColorPlus® matching to eliminate paint matching entirely. If you want to repaint the whole chimney, we’ll quote that too.

For small repairs, we can often complete the work in one day, and sometimes schedule it within the same week. Larger scope jobs (full chase rebuild, extensive rot repair) typically take 2–4 days. Your quote will include a realistic start date.

No catch. We offer the free inspection because it’s the easiest way for you to trust us with your money, and a decent percentage of the homeowners we inspect hire us for the repair. We’d rather invest an hour earning your trust than waste your time with a high-pressure sales visit.

It covers the workmanship of any repair we install, for as long as you own the home. If the siding we installed pulls loose, the flashing we tied into leaks, or the trim we replaced separates because of something we did — we come back and fix it free. It does not cover damage from new storms, normal material weathering outside the manufacturer warranty, or modifications by other contractors.

If the damage is storm- or hail-related, we help you document it for your adjuster and can meet the adjuster on-site during the inspection. We don’t “chase claims” — we just make it easy for you to file.
